WorkByHeart Elite Care LLC provides non-medical home care services
for seniors, including but not limited to:

Companionship and social interaction

Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Medication reminders (not administration)

Transportation assistance

Respite care for family caregivers
Important: Our services are non-medical in nature.
We do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or healthcare
services. Clients requiring medical care should consult with
licensed healthcare professionals.
3. Use of website
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use our Site to: (a) learn about our services; (b) submit
inquiries or applications; (c) access information about caregiving
and senior care; and (d) communicate with our team. You agree to use
the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these
Terms.
3.2 Prohibited Activities

Client. The Service Agreement will specify the scope of services,

the provision of care services.
5.2 Caregiver/Care Partner Agreements
Individuals interested in providing caregiving services through
WorkByHeart Elite Care must complete our partner application process
and enter into a separate agreement with the Company. All caregivers
must meet our screening, training, and qualification requirements.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1 No Medical Services
WE DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL SERVICES. Our caregivers
are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical diagnosis,
treatment, or healthcare services. Clients requiring medical care
should consult with licensed physicians, nurses, or other healthcare
providers.
6.2 Website Disclaimer
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE"
WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE
